We work closely with individuals. Communities, and advocacy groups to amplify their voices and advocate for their rights. By building strong relationships and fostering trust, we provide support and guidance to those who have experienced discrimination, ensuring that that they are empowered to seek justice and challenge systemic barriers.

In addition, to our investigative work, we strive to raise awareness about civil rights issues through education and outreach. We organize workshops, seminars, and community events to promote dialogue, understanding, and empathy. By engaging with diverse audiences, we foster a society that values inclusivity, and stands against prejudice.

Our organization also actively engages in policy advocacy, aiming to influence legislative changes that protect civil rights and promote equality. We collaborate with lawmakers, policymakers, and other stakeholders to champion reforms and advance human rights agendas at the local, national, and international levels.

Transparency, integrity, and professionalism are the cornerstones of our organization. “But let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream"

Amos 5:24

The majority of our national leaders insufficiently believe in the creed and the structure that is America. Regrettably, while our ideals: government “of,” “by,” and “for” “the people,” are right; and while, capitalism and opportunity are proper national standards, those who hold the reins do not completely believe in them. Therefore, they have kept Race and Class as national fictions. They use these fictions as tools to maintain a tilted

playing field with their position always closest to the top.

Due to these things, systematic oppression is built into the system we call our own. In light of these inherent truths, it falls to the oppressed to activate and enliven the American Principles: Due Process, Equal Protection, Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness. Where shackles and restraints preclude this activation, the law must be used both to break those bonds and to require payment from those who wrongly so imposed. In so doing, the oppressed will present the famous check, marked “insufficient funds,” at the Bank of American Opportunity. And this time, the oppressed will receive proportionate pay, along with the rest of Commercial America.

The Patterson Business Group (TPBG) seeks to be a part of this process. TPBG will help others prove that capitalism can be fair, that preparation and talent can win, competitively, without the unfair help of devices like Racism, Sexism, Religious Bias or Discrimination in any form.

There are those amongst us who are afraid. They believe that there are not enough resources for us all. This is a fascist lie. TPBG seeks to help prove that America is Exceptional. A rising tide CAN lift all boats. It is time to build the tide that does so.
